Please be advised that the ACAP Executive Board met in a special emergency session on Sunday, September 8th, and has taken expedient action to postpone our conference due to the impending threat of a tropical storm expected to make landfall near Calcasieu Parish early this week. Our primary priority is to protect the lives and safety of all participants.

Although we are communicating directly with executive leadership at the conference center regarding our decision, everyone is advised to contact the hotel front desk directly and place individual cancellations for your agency’s room reservations. Please note that all conference registrations that have been submitted in advance of today will be maintained for the future date of rescheduling (TBD), so there’s no need for concern about that investment being a loss for any agency or individual.
